Managing Partner
Richard Stevenson is a co-founder of ARCS
Solutions LLC. He has over 12 years
of experience implementing Cognos TM1 and
ArcPlan dynaSight solutions. He is
responsible for global field operations
including consulting, alliances and channels,
and customer programs, as well as corporate
strategy. 
Prior to starting ARCS Solutions LLC, Mr.
Stevenson was with GAF Materials Corporation,
a global building materials company, where
he was a Director of Supply Chain and Business
Intelligence systems from July 2000 to September
2006. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Stevenson worked
at Revelwood Incorporated an Cognos TM1
consulting firm. Prior to that, Mr.
Stevenson worked at Bell Atlantic Mobile
implementing business intelligence solutions.
Mr. Stevenson holds a B.S. in Accounting
from York College of Pennsylvania, and is
a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) he is
a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA) and the NJ Society
for Information Management (SIM).

 Andrew
Chaves is a co-founder of ARCS Solutions
LLC. He has over 9 years of experience
implementing Cognos TM1 and ArcPlan dynaSight
solutions. He is responsible for global
field operations including consulting, marketing,
sales, and customer support, as well as
corporate strategy.
Before forming ARCS Solutions LLC, Mr.
Chaves worked with MTV Networks as the Director
of Financial Application Development. Mr.
Chaves has also worked with Revelwood Inc.
as a Senior Consultant . He spent several
years as President of AC Consulting specializing
in all aspects of Cognos TM1 implementations
ranging from analysis and design through
training and documentation. Mr. Chaves has
also worked as an actuary at Actuarial Sciences
Associates, a subsidiary of AT&T. Mr.
Chaves holds a B.S. in Decision and Computer
Sciences from Rider University , and a J.D.
from Fordham University School of Law. He
is a licensed attorney in the states of
New York and New Jersey .
